Busy Summer Time!

Hope you are all doing well and having a wonderful summer. We havent really stopped... we went from the end of school to cancer. That has been the start of our summer and it looks like the till end of the year! Reading up on all your blogs it looks like everyone has been busy. Just wanted to say hi and hope everyone is enjoying the summer!

Life Changed 1-23-2010

We little knew that morning that God was going to all your name,
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,

And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,

But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Elijah wearing his papaw's jacket that was made for him right after Vietnam. It was made for the return of our guys from the war. 1969-1970 He has enjoyed the history of this jacket. Everytime he wears it around he gets to share history with his friends and others.

Well.........I've been MIA for a while now. Sickness in the family and so many other things. I have been reading all your blogs though. Summer is starting to come to an end. You can always tell when it's too cool in the pool to swim! Schools are back in action. Hope everything is going great for you all . I hope to get back in the swing of blogging soon . It's a share-release. Especially with my randomness on here! lol Hope your Monday is amazing!
